She serves as the Busan Chapter President of the Korea Oriental Herbal Tea Association. She is the Director of the Lee Suk-ja Flower Tea & Medicinal Tea Education Institute. She is active as the Representative Director of multiple organizations, including the Korea Tea Culture Academy Association. She serves as an Industry-Academic Cooperation Committee Member and External Lecturer for the Department of Global Culture and Contents at Tongmyong University. She lectures on Oriental Herbal Flower Tea at institutions including Youngsan University, Dong-Eui University, and the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education. She contributes to the local community through talent donation in traditional confections (dagwa), flower tea experiences, and ceramics. She has received Plaques of Appreciation at events such as the Gijang International Tea Culture Festival and the Gaya Tea Culture Festival.
