He serves as a Researcher for the Rare Plant Research and Preservation Association. He received the Excellence Award in the Leaf and Flower Art Divisions at the Korea Cymbidium Orchid Joint Exhibition and the Highest Excellence Award at the Namdo Wildflower Exhibition. He was awarded the Bronze Prize at the Korea Wildflower Association Exhibition and the Gold Prize in the Pungyeong Art Division at the Korea Wildflower Association Exhibition
