With over 40 years of professional experience since entering the field in 1982 and opening Sanghee Flower Shop, she has served as Vice Chairman of the World Flower Artist Friendship Association.

In addition to receiving commendations from the Mayor of Busan and the Minister of Justice, she was appointed as a Correction Commissioner in 2025.

She actively participates as a judge for skills competitions and floral decoration exams and has held numerous exhibitions, including the APEC Success Prayer Exhibition.

Holding Level 1 Floral Decoration and Traditional Flower Art Instructor qualifications, she contributes through talent donations to medical and welfare facilities and operates lifelong learning classes for government offices.
