She majored in Oriental Painting in the Department of Fine Arts at Dongguk University and holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage Studies (Folk Painting) from Gyeongju University. She has held 2 solo exhibitions. She is the recipient of the Excellence Award at the Sin (New) Art Exhibition, the International Best Artist Grand Prize, and the Busan City Council Chairman's Award at the International Comprehensive Art Exhibition. She serves as the Representative Director of Uiseongyo Ceramics, a Director of the Folk Painting Division of the Korean Fine Arts Association (KFAA), and has served as a Judge for the Folk Painting Division of the Grand Prize Art Exhibition of the Republic of Korea (KFAA), among other roles. She lectures at the Lifelong Education Institute of Busan National University of Education and is the Representative Director of Yegam Folk Painting.'
