He has served as an Invited Artist and Judge for the Korean Fine Arts Association (KFAA). He was the Executive Senior Vice President for the Korean Fine Arts Association (KFAA). He has served as an Invited Artist and Head of the Judging Committee for the Daegu Fine Arts Exhibition. He has also served as a Judge for the Silla Fine Arts Exhibition, the Gyeongnam Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, and the Maeil Newspaper Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. He is the President of the Daegu Senior Artists Association and the Chairman of the Korea Eco-Friendly Arts Association. He has received the Artist Award, Arts Person Award, and Invited Artist Award from the Daegu Fine Arts Association, and the Artist Award and Main Prize from the Korean Fine Arts Association (KFAA). He is the Director of the Baekbaeksan Art Museum.
