He has held 29 solo exhibitions and participated in 550 group exhibitions. He has won numerous awards in competitions, including the Prime Minister's Award, Minister's Awards, Grand Prizes, and Invited Artist Awards. He received the Grand Prize for Korean Artists at the Korean Artists' Day Ceremony (Korean Fine Arts Association). He has served as an Operation Committee Member, 1st and 2nd Round Judge, and Head of the Judging Committee for the Grand Prize Art Exhibition of the Republic of Korea. He has also served as an Operation Committee Member, Judge, Head of the Judging Committee, and Invited Artist for the Busan International Design Award and 25 other competitions. He served as a Judge for the Naju City Master and Master Craftsman designations and as an Executive Committee Member for the Korean Federation of Arts and Culture Masters. He is currently a Deliberation Committee Member for the International Culture and Arts Masters Association and the President of the Masters Association.
