Namgung Seon-han currently serves as the Representative of the Seil Ceramics Traditional Works Research Institute and operates the Seil Ceramics Gallery.

He formerly served as a ceramics instructor at Ulsan Muryong Middle School.

He won the Grand Prize three times at the Ulsan Tourism Souvenir Contest.

He served as the Head Judge for craft exhibitions and tourism souvenir contests across Busan, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam.

He participated in numerous invitational ceramic exhibitions in Hagi, Japan, as well as Changchun and Weifang, China.

He registered two design patents and received the Ulsan Metropolitan City Mayor's Commendation twice. Additionally, he served as the Chairman of the Ulsan Crafts Cooperative for eight years.
