He made his literary debut in the Poetry and Sijo (Korean Traditional Verse) Divisions of the quarterly magazine Cheongok Literature. He received the Grand Prize (Highest Honor) in Poetry Literature (Culture and Arts Division) at the 2020 Busan City Youth Leader Grand Prize. He received the President's Award from the Busan Literary Writers Association in 2021. He serves as the President of the Supporters Association for the Hall of Poetry Literary Writers Association. He is the Senior Advisor for Literary Village (Munhak Go-eul) and the Vice President of the Dongnae Literary Writers Association. He is the Representative Director of Korea Environment ENG Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of DH Environmental Measurement Research Institute Co., Ltd. He is also known as a 1-Day 1-Poem Poet and a Love Poet (Sarang Siin).
