She opened the Lee Young-hee Collection in 1984. She received the Korean Fashion Reporters Award (Golden Needle Award) in 1992. She was selected as a Century Master Craftsman (Baeknyeon Sogongin) in 2022. She held the Fashion is Love 3 in BUSAN Fashion Show in 2023. She presented the Lee Young-hee Presents 40th Anniversary 'Beautiful Life' Fashion Show in 2024. She also presented the Finale Fashion Show at the Korea-ASEAN Fashion Week in 2024. She is currently the Representative Director of Lee Young-hee Presents.
